Poem Reflection
A living piece from the World Poetry Hub library — written to be read, heard, shared, and remembered.
You make me smile.
Sometimes I cry.
Sit down, stand up, reflect—
you bring forth joy,
rejoice,
and regrets.
I love it when you come up
with a master plan—
well arranged,
redefined,
magnificently refined.
Your engagement doesn’t make me say
“Oh my” or “oussa”—
more like “ahhh…”
oulala.
Not sympathy,
but empathy—
beautiful in your own right.
These words are non-suffice,
insufficient
to describe your might.
Even in the deepest,
darkest
moments of life,
you are there—
a lighthouse,
guiding the mind
to its rightful place,
pace by pace.
